Encoding troubles in ceferino

Hi,

I just learnt about ceferino and tried it, which made me see that there
are encoding troubles, at least for the French (fr) translation. The
characters are displayed as if they were UTF-8 but interpreted as ISO
(so double-characters appear instead of the good one). I didn't dig it
further, but I wanted to let you know.
