Bug#442411: Ubuntu patch for OpenAL

As the author of the Ubuntu patch, I'm not very happy with it.  Fedora
has what looks like a cleaner patch available (1), but there are
better solutions upstream.  I'm currently looking at what can be
extracted from upstream, but this process may well take some time, as
the focus seems to be on the newer spec, which is not currently
available as a reference implementation.
