[ANNOUNCE] even more aggresive wrt spam

Hello,

Since the ammount of moderated mail for this list has increased severily lately
and because I never saw a single valid e-mail with a score above 3.0  (heck, not
even above 1.0) I have changed the list spam filering rules to drop
automatically mail with spam score above 3.

Please announce if you observe any missing mails.
