Bug#439999: better approach

A better approach would be to have a low CPU mode that only runs
animations when the player is moving. I haven't figured out exactly how
to code it yet, but the game does have a way of recognising when the
player has ended their turn, and all the animations for their move are
done[1], so it should be doable to stop the animations when a turn ends
and only restart when there's user input.

[1] You can see this in action when winning a level by starting an
action that doesn't end with breaking a green tile, as the game
plays out the full result of the action before ending the level.
