Bug#443046: dreamchess: builds _all package in binary-arch target

        Hi!

 Given the recent upload I did for the package and my fumble with
building it in a stable chroot instead of unstable and now doing an
binNMU to fix that I noticed that the package builds the _all package in
the binary-arch target.

 Please fix that so binNMU really do only build the arch dependent
packages.
