sorry, i didn't notice that you are already using "MetaModes".
maybe the problem is, that your line lacks offset positions (see 
chapter 13B "DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF OPTIONS" where "MetaModes" and 
setting offsets is described in /usr/share/doc/nvidia-glx/README.txt.gz)
