(FYI, no need to CC me, I'm subscribed... but very lazy in regards to the 
games team since some time ;))

but what files would it overwrite then? If there are any files in the package, 
which don't have the package name of the library in the path/name, these 
shouldn't be part of a library package in the first place. Others than that, 
there shouldn't be files to overwrite, or am I missing s.th.?
