There was an ITP for this game [1], but it has been closed due to
inactivity.  Some packaging work has been made in our SVN, but the
package was never uploaded.

Also Openmortal is no longer maintained [2], and the last upstream
release is quite old.  Personally, I prefer not to introduce software
without an upstream to the Debian archive.
