Bug#465735: stormbaancoureur: detect no wheel traction and bump car

It would be nice if stormbaancoureur detected the situation where you
are propped up and your wheels are off the ground and you cannot move.
In this situation it could bump you like it does when you are upside
down. I get into both these situations a lot because I am not very good
at this game :P
