Bug#467307: stormbaancoureur: very hard, needs default/medium/wimp options

With the new version of stormbaancoureur I can't get past the first
obstacle, Tolimar too:

<pabs> Serious problem with Mr DeFreese: uploaded a stormbanncourer that is too hard!
* Tolimar haven't even got past the first obstacle.

<Tolimar> We should remove it.

So, please add an option to make it easier! Or multiple tracks of
increasing difficulty.
