Since version 0.97.8-1 ceferino's debian/rules attempts to download
gettext files (via autopoint/cvs). This makes the contents of the
binary package unreproducible for rebuilds, and violates the rule

    Packages in main cannot require any software outside of main
    for execution or compilation.
