This is likely caused by the different versions of the simutrans package
(99.18) and the simutrans-pak64 package (100.0).  Does the crash also
happen with the package from unstable?

I'm not sure about the best way to handle this in the future.  I do not
want to conflict with future versions of the data package just in case
something might break.  Looking at Policy the right way is probably to
add Breaks: simutrans (<< recent version) to simutrans-pak64, but this
should not be used before Lenny.
