okay, but how do you want to argue that? In case you don't have very
convincing arguments documented by RC-grade bugs, I don't see much
chance in getting that freeze exception approved. And having an
unapproved upload in unstable means that we cannot update the package in
testing anymore via unstable, which would be very unfortunate.
