Subject: supertuxkart: kart falls through" track
Package: supertuxkart
Version: 0.3-2
Severity: normal
*** Please type your report below this line ***
On several tracks (I have observed this on Gown's Bow, BSOD Battlements,
and possibly star track)
there are locations at which the kart appears to fall through the
track, proceeding straight down for a ways before the "rescue" function
acts and returns the kart to the track, shortly before where the fall
occurred. Driving forward again repeats the process. I did not
experience this bug in version 0.3-1 (I just installed a snapshot of
supertuxkart and supertuxkart-data to confirm this) - it seems
to be a regression in 0.3-2.
I am using an older version of the mesa drivers as a bug in the new one
(see bug #470084) renders many 3d games unusable. My graphics card is
Intel 965.
