clanlib: RC bug present

Dear Debian Games Team,

you maintain clanbomber which is the only rdepends of clanlib.  As the
latter is QA maintained and suffers from a FTBFS RC bug (#467577) please
fix this bug.  Otherwise both clanlib and clanbomber will be removed
from testing.
