Coin,

In the few maps (don't remember which one exactly), a few ressources are
"hidden" in isolated places, where there is no ground access
possible. As there is not yet any plane allowing to transport
troups/engineers, and as there is no way to destroy the scenery (even
using a nuclear missile), a few ressources are then completely lost.
