Playing advocatus diaboli:  Are any of these terms protected with
trademark law?

Good idea, especially since gtali (Tali? Another name for Kniffel /
Knubbel / Yahtzee / Whatever?)
seems to offer more features than openyahtzee (e.g. multi player games,
special colour
coded variants, etc.)
