Bug#439736: warzone2100: briefings broken

Note that warzone2100 already includes the videos in upstream trunk.
This will eventually become 2.2.

For packaging purposes, however, keep in mind that the videos themselves
are *not* part of our source distribution, we have them in a separate
archive. This archive is currently hosted at [1] with the uncompressed
(i.e. without loss of quality) variants at [2].
