Bug#502092: warzone2100: [PATCH] debian/watch file doesn't match upstream download URLs

The current debian/watch file doesn't match any of the betas and release
candidates provided by upstream. Attached is a patch that expands the
regex such that upstream betas and release candidates are matched as
well. Additionally it adds a substitution regex which matches and
changes the beta/rc part of the version number and changes it to either
~1.beta$NUM or ~1.rc$NUM.
