Bug#502637: starfighter too fast on fast computers

The whole game is too fast on fast CPU, it should have some system
performance control... 
I have Intel core2 duo/3Ghz (clocked on 2GHz) and I can't play it.

Don't please tell me the errorproblem is in me :)
