Bug#439950: [wesnoth] unused folders?

In 1.5.3-1 there are now folders like "ais", "maps", "units" and
"campaigns".
When I downloaded "DotG" (multiplayer scenario) "Accuary Era" (Era) and
"Legend of Wesmere" (campaign) they were all saved in the folder
/home/username/.wesnoth/data/campaigns and not in /scenarios/multiplayer
or /multiplayer/ .
