Bug#522740: xmahjongg claims that every layout file is corrupted

With the version 3.7-2 it is not possible to use any layout file.
The resulting message is "xmahjongg: layout arena corrupted".

I compared the layout files with the files from xmahjongg_3.7-1.1 
but there is no difference.

The layout files from 3.7-2 work fine with /usr/games/xmahjongg from 3.7-1.1.
