Well, that was weird.  I can't quite figure out exactly how this bug
has lain unnoticed until now; it was an assumption about the way feof()
and fgets() work that ought to have been discovered sooner.  I fixed it,
and prepared a new xmahjongg-3.7-3 package up on mentors.d.n:
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/x/xmahjongg/xmahjongg_3.7-3.dsc

Now here's hoping it'll be reviewed and uploaded by a DD from
the Games Team :)  (tolimar? :) or am I taxing him too much? :)

Again, sorry for not testing different layouts while preparing 3.7-2.
I just kinda assumed that nothing in my changes should break them :)
