Bug#525602: Powermanga: Please enhance documentation with information from homepage

Upstream's homepage (http://linux.tlk.fr/games/Powermanga/documentation/)
provides much more information than the manpage describing how to play the
game and how to user powerups.

Attached is a (rough) extract from the homepage that could be use to provide
the same documentation (in HTML) format in the package's
/usr/share/doc/powermanga/ directory. That way user's do not depend on an
Internet connection in order to understand how to play the game.

Alternatively, it would be nice to ask upstream to update the manpage with
the information that is on the homepage or to provide some better polished
HTML documentation in the game sources.
