Bug#540518: Bug#540517: wesnoth: no sound when another app is using the soundcard

Yes, I thought they were connected, but it seems they are not.
While the audio problem is fixed now, the problem of wesnoth hanging
on exit still persists.

If I start wesnoth and quit right away, it quits nicely. If I start
wesnoth, load a saved game, quit the game, and exit wesnoth, it
hangs. Now it hangs after having released the audio device, it seems:
