How to reproduce:
1. Execute springsettings
2. Close the window
3. pgrep springsettings to verify that it didn't exit

Alternatively,

1. From the spring menu, choose Edit settings
2. Close the window
(And spring doesn't come back, since springsettings didn't exit)
