Normaly 1.6.1 provides some basic plugins such us
/usr/lib/OGRE/libOctreeSceneManagerPlugin.so
which are removed from package along with headers.

This makes package questionably usable, especially for developers.
Compiling most of addons is impossible due to missing basic plugins that addons base on.
