monopd status

Would you be interested in taking over maintenance of monopd and its 
dependencies libcapsinetwork and libmath++?  The only reason I packaged those 
in the first place was to make it possible to use atlantik locally (and do some 
of the testing without creating games on public servers).  But since that's 
been dropped from KDE, it's really only useful for gtkatlantic now.

Unfortunately, all three of these packages are dead upstream and their 
websites have disappeared.
