Package: performous

Miriam Ruiz has usually taken care of our packaging, but she hasn't been
reachable for a few days, so I am filing a bug as suggested on
#debian-games.

Suggested new package description:
"A karaoke and band game where one or more players perform a song and
the game scores their performances. Supports songs in UltraStar and
Frets on Fire formats. Microphones and instruments from SingStar, Guitar
Hero and Rock Band are autodetected."

Things to note:
- The latest version has been cleaned to better comply with Debian
policies and XDG, and to avoid conflict with parts that we plan to
release as separate libraries at a later time.
- The package must NOT depend on any audio libraries. It does runtime
detection and should thus only Recommend or Suggest the libraries
required by the audio*.so files it installs.
- PortMidi is optionally required, but not used for anything. Make sure
that you don't have it installed during build or otherwise disable it
from build. It is there for MIDI drum support, but we didn't have time
to finish that for 0.4.0 release.

We hope that all bugs are either directly reported to us or forwarded to
us. Please contact us also if there still are incompatibilities with the
Debian packaging. #Performous/Freenode is the best way to contact us.
