Bug#551018: How to set openal1 not to use pulse?

It seems that (copying the line from /usr/share/doc/libopenal1/examples/alsoftrc.sample.gz) setting the following in ~/.alsoftrc solves the issue :

drivers = alsa,oss,solaris,dsound,winmm,port,wave
