Bug#591281: freecol: dialog for moving items does not react if LC_CTYPE=fi

Steps to reproduce:
1) LC_CTYPE=fi_FI freecol
2) start a new game
3) create new colony
4) move the ship to the colony
5) hold down shift and drag tools from colony to ship
6) enter 50 as the number of items to move and click ok

Expected results:
6) 50 tools are moved from the colony to the ship

Actual results:
6) Nothing happens when I click ok. The dialog that asks for the
number of items to move does not disappear. Clicking cancel works but
of course does not tranfer anything.


More info:
1) The bug does not occur with LC_CTYPE=C
2) The bug does occur with 0.9.2+dfsg-1
3) I tried to test 0.8.4+dfsg-2 but it crashed due to
