Bug#571992: Deutex package links are wrong.

Hello, I have gone looking for the newest version and I found out the page
on Debian ( http://packages.debian.org/lenny/deutex ) for this package.
The problem is that the original author didn't post the updated version in
its site (it is hosted there but nowhere to be found on the pages), so
people would be mislead to think that the lastest version is avaliable on
the pages from the official site ( http://www.teaser.fr/~amajorel/deutex/ )!

This version of sources avaliable on Debian, also labelled as 4.5 RELEASE

The links for README also should be updated to fix this issue!
