Bug#585782: new version of enet, change in protocol at version 1.3.0

Hello,

I'm the maintainer of the sandboxgamemaker package (derived from
saurbrauten). Both of those packages have moved to using the 1.3.0
version of enet. I also saw that there is a protocol change from the
1.2 series. I can also help package the new release (which is really
easy with the current debian/).

What were your plans for the two branches? Were you thinking of
maintaining both until everyone moves away from 1.2? In that case we
can add version 1.3.0 and update 1.2.1 to 1.2.2.
