New upstream release of Pingus

Your mail is more appropriate for the debian-devel-games list.

If you plan to help out with pingus in the future, you should be in
the uploaders.

You should actively seek sponsorship, on #debian-games,
debian-devel-games, Games/Sponsors/Queue wiki page or
debian-mentors/#debian-mentors.
