Bug#585052: boswars: crash when trying to load a saved game for a removed campaign

Coin,

The version reported in this BR is right, because i intend to upload  
it soon ;-).

When testing saved games from #473673 and #566119, i crashed the game.  
Since 2.6 the 'elites' campaign has been suppressed from the game, and  
the loader should handle that properly.
