xmoto --updateLevelsOnly is a scripted way to fetch all levels.
There are lots -- hundreds of megabytes -- and they end up in $HOME.

For a multi-user system with multiple xmoto users, this is a waste of
network and disk resources.  It can also cause problems if the users
have strict disk quotas.

It would be useful if xmoto provided an option cron.weekly job that
downloaded levels to /var/lib/games/xmoto or similar, and xmoto was
configured to look there for levels in addition to ~/.xmoto.
