Bug#579618: Another suggestion - tads3-dev recommends tads3-interpreter

Another tweak to consider, as it is currently, tads3-dev suggests tads3 |
tads3-interpreter, but without an interpreter, it is pretty much useless, so
the suggests could be changed to recommends, and tads3 doesn't need to be
specified since it already provides tads3-interpreter. Personally, I think
gargoyle-free should be the recommended interpreter for interactive fiction
games, so you might consider "recommends gargoyle-free | tads3-interpreter"
for tads3-dev and "recommends gargoyle-free | zcode-interpreter" for inform.
No idea about the other game types...
