Bug#600250: simutrans: please add projected finances

One thing I would like to see in the finances window is the projected
year-end total.  This could be easily computed as
current_finances/portion_of_year_elapsed.  I frequently find myself
using dc to do this, and it would be nice if simutrans could display it
itself.
