As I have seen from debian policy in 9.1.2 ,a package is only allowed to
create an *empty* directory structure in /usr/local ( I think Python
does this for instance ) Unfortunately we have also some data files like
hash files for mame/mess and artwork for mess.

I have nothing against adding /usr/local as an extra ressource path, but
we should keep the /usr/games/stuff as well.

0.143-3 looks fine, appart from Closes: #635858 in the changelog, I see
nothing to add there ;)
