Bug#636775: No fast-forward button available

The button layout for this pak doesn't have a fast-forward button.
Especially at the beginning of the game, it's nice to fast-forward
when nothing interesting is happening and it's also useful to quickly
see how your changes are working.  It would be nice if one were
included.
