Removing gmameui from the debian archive

No I didn't. The thing is I am interested to get mame package with a
working frontend in debian & ubuntu, I am not especially interested with
gmameui by itself.
However I see gmameui right now as an hinderance, as its broken status
lowers the mame experience in Debian.
