 wesnoth 1.9 does *now* build with boost 1.48, given that wesnoth
upstream reported the issue to boost upstream and got it fixed in boost.
Unless proven otherwise I tend to believe that this is yet another
incompatible change in boost itself and nothing that wesnoth is doing
wrong here.
