Bug#614263: mednafen: Please package new upstream version - adds several new emulated systems

Upstream has new upstream snapshot versions which add support for Sega
Genesis, Nintendo Virtual Boy, and Super NES.  Please consider packaging
these snapshots.  (You might need to doublecheck the source carefully to
make sure the new emulation cores don't use any non-free bits; Sega
Genesis emulators in particular often use a non-free CPU core.)

Upstream says that "the unstable/WIP versions will often break savestate
support among different versions", so you may want to package these
snapshots in experimental for now.
