Should we package ldplayer ?

AFAIK it has no influence on arch with alignment issues, and is
recommended by mame devs (http://rbelmont.mameworld.info/?p=649)

I added the NOWERROR=1 flag when gcc 4.6 was introduced in sid. But I
have seen that NOWERROR=0 chokes on mame-tools, so maybe better leave it
as it is right now.
