Mess does not require mame source to build anymore

If mess doesn't need mame anymore it's now an entirely different package
and should be managed the like (i.e. with its own mess_0.143.orig.tar.bz2) ;)

I'm in doubt about the *if*: how can we say that things will not revert
in the future? We should think about it...

I'd make two different packages each one with its own tarball.
We can always merge them back should we need to.
