Offering monopd and its dependencies for adoption

Hi, I'm no longer interested in maintaining monopd and its dependencies 
libcapsinetwork and libmath++, since Atlantik is no longer distributed with 
KDE -- plus, all of them seem to be dead upstream.  Would you be interested in 
taking over these packages?  (BTW, for the FTBFS bug on libmath++, all you'd 
have to do would be to update the version of automake used.)

Otherwise, my current plan would be to do uploads orphaning the packages 
probably this coming weekend, and multiarchify the library packages (and of 
course fix the libmath++ FTBFS) at the same time.
