[b-d][mips,mipsel] mame (sid)

Hi,

I think we've got a fix for the MAME FTBFS, but would I'd like to test it
before blindly uploading.

Can I get build-deps installed on a mips porter box, preferably on a
big-endian one so I can make sure things will work as expected?
