Yes[1] I wasn't aware of this when I wrote the report initially,
however it is my understanding that everything in the .orig tarball
distributed needs to be documented regardless..? (A pain indeed, I've
personally looked for any excuses to remove similar things :)

I was referring to the autoconf/libtool files (Listed above), they are
copyrighted to FSF and the  X Consortium, and don't use the Expat
license of Enet, I asked in #debian-mentors about the very similar
files for Enet of AssaultCube and I was told that all copyright should
be included :/ it was a pain to write that copyright file[2], you
might be able to steal some things from it? I've also done the same
for Red Eclipse[3] which might be closer to Sauer as far as the
components go, not sure..
