The extended description contains:

A siteswap is a textual representation for patterns one can juggle 
(using balls, clubs, etc.). It is mainly useful for understanding 
specific siteswaps by animating them (including multiplexing).

The most obvious antecedent of "It" would be "a siteswap", but this 
wouldn't make sense. Presumably, "It" actually refers to JuggleMaster, 
mentioned in the sentence before:
JuggleMaster is a siteswap animator.

"It" should be replaced with "JuggleMaster".
