Perhaps improve the original bug-report about minpspw

Hi all,
    I uploaded a wishlist RFP for a gaming library called minpspw .
The bug-report lies at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=631383 but I am
slightly unhappy as how I have worded it (specially the short
description). I don't know any better.

Anyways, I hope atleast the original bug-report can be improved upon
so it makes sense for the eventual packagers and maintainers.
